SHIPPING POLICY

A. Domestic orders are typically shipped within 24-48 hours from receipt of order (excluding weekends). We will notify you of any unanticipated delays. International orders may experience a small delay. Please note that only mounting systems and accessories can be shipping internationally - and not the actual sighting system.

B. Armson USA reserves the right to adjust shipping charges in the event that they are not calculated correctly at the time of your order.

C. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the item(s), and include insurance, handling, and packaging charges.

D. Armson USA reserves the right to substitute carriers in an effort to provide the highest level of delivery options and services (i.e., Fed-Ex vs. UPS).

E. Please email us, and we will be happy to supply you with an exact quote for shipping charges.

All products are covered by a 1 year factory warranty. Upon arrival of your order be sure to inspect it carefully. If you have any questions or problems please contact us. Repairs and returns will require a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please call for a Return Authorization number prior to shipping. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
